A little introduction about myself. I’m a recent graduate from CUNY Brooklyn College majoring in Computer Information Science. It was during my time in college that I realized my fascination with the world of technology. Upon graduating I was accepted into a program called the Mason Frank Tech Academy that helped individuals interested in new technology(that’s me!) try their hands at Salesforce.

What is Salesforce?(taken from their website)
Salesforce is the world’s #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Our cloud-based, CRM applications for sales, service, marketing, and more don’t require IT experts to set up or manage — simply log in and start connecting to customers in a whole new way.

In short its a platform that helps businesses do their job better by offering them tools and automation as a services. Fast forward to now and I’ve gotten two certification from Salesforce and looking for opportunities in the NYC area!
